Muggins & All Fives Score Sheet
In Muggins (All Fives) you score during play, every time the open ends add up to a multiple of five. Write each player's points for the hand on its row, and the first to the target wins: often 250 for two players and 200 for three or four.

How to use this sheet
- Write each player's name or initials in the P1–P4 boxes.
- During each hand, keep track of the multiples of five each player scores (a pencil tally in the margin works). At the end of the hand, add the going-out points and write each player's total on the row.
- Add up the columns, or keep a running total, until someone reaches the target.
Scoring reminders
- After each play, add up all the open ends. If the total is a multiple of five, the player who just moved scores it.
- A double laid crosswise counts both halves: a 5-5 at an end counts 10.
- The player who goes out also scores the opponents' leftover pips, usually rounded to the nearest five. Forget to claim your points and an opponent can call "muggins!" and take them.
